NEW M FORCE

ORIENT M-FORCE 200m to be released this year is an authentic mechanical diver’s watch made in Japan. It was designed as a modern variation of the M-FORCE - EX00, the first M-FORCE model which was released in 1997 and enjoyed explosive popularity in overseas markets.

The design of the matte-finish dial and color-coded power reserve indicator were succeeded from the M-FORCE - EX00, the first M-FORCE model. A three-dimensional design has been adopted for the rotating bezel to ensure easy operation even while diving. What is more, the shapes of the hour hand and minute hand have been changed to enable the user to check the time
instantaneously, even in the dark. Importance has also been attached to comfort for daily use as well as underwater use.

One example is the crown, which is at the four - o’clock position instead of the three - o’clock position. As for functions, specifications include a power reserve indicator that shows the remaining power at a glance, a second hand halt mechanism, a three-fold double locking clasp with a push button release to prevent the watch from falling off the wrist, and other features befitting a diver’s watch. The dial is available in three colors, including orange, which is a vivid, eye-catching color, in addition to the standard black and blue.

This model was mounted on the dashboard of the SUBARU WRX STI in the 43rd Nürburgring 24-Hour Race (held in Germany, May 14-17, 2015) to demonstrate its durability and visibility in a demanding environment. The SUBARU WRX STI, equipped with this ORIENT M-FORCE 200m, brilliantly won the SP3T class title in the race
